Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the purchase of products on this website. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age and accept what follows. This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who is selling

2. Availability
Almost all our pieces are one-offs or made to order. If a piece were unavailable, we will let you know and you can choose between waiting for a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm the order.
4. Payment methods
Payment is made by card or Bizum through Redsys's secure payment gateway. Your card details travel encrypted directly to the bank: this shop never sees or stores them. If you notice a mistake in your order after paying, write to us as soon as possible and we will correct it.
5. Shipping and delivery
We prepare the order within 24 to 48 working hours and deliver it to the address you give us. Pieces travel in a rigid box so they keep their shape. Personalised orders and pieces dyed to measure take two to three weeks.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without having to give a reason. The piece must be returned unworn, with its labels and in its original box. Pieces made to measure or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103 of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. 7. Warranty
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the products for three years from delivery, under the terms set out in consumer law. Small variations between pieces, inherent to handmade work, are not considered a defect.
8. Complaints and applicable law
You can send any complaint to hello@theoccasion.es. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
