We prepare orders within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery within mainland Spain takes 2 to 3 days.

Shipping is free on orders over €100. Below that amount it is calculated at checkout.

Every piece travels in a rigid box with a protected interior, so it keeps its shape in transit.

You have 15 calendar days from receiving the parcel to request an exchange or a return.

The piece must arrive unworn, with its original labels and in the same box and condition in which you received it, including any gift that came with the order.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made expressly for you.

Write to us before sending anything and we will tell you how to proceed. The returns address is C/ Nuestra Señora del Val 5, 28816 Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid), Spain.

Once we receive and check the piece, we will email you about the refund. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

Hats and headpieces are mounted on an adjustable base, headband or comb, so they fit any head.

If you have a lot of hair or wear a high updo, let us know and we will reinforce the fastening at no cost.
